Week 8

So after the Zoom meeting we have had thrown ideas around for the direction we wanna go. We are going to focus on Pennsylvania's beef product. Now if it is compared to the world or the United State's biggest beef state - Texas, we still have to figure that out.  We are going to make our target audience adults because they are the one's who are buying the product. We are also going to update the title, just so it more matches our audience. We are keeping the cartoon style. Now we just have to meet up and decided these few details and start our two minute storyboard!

For our project we have decided that our topic will be about the carbon footprint of beef. Food is a big aspect of all of our lives and with that how do we get food? There has to be a way of getting food from the farm to the grocery store to us. All of this traveling leaves a carbon footprint! It isn't only the shipping of the meat, it is also the producing and care of the cows that add to this footprint. Our project is to raise awareness of this. Our environment is being affected by lots of things causing holes in our O-zone layer, temperatures to rise all over the world, irregular weather patterns, etc. Food, though, is something that hits home more closely to everyone. As for the visual aspect of this topic, we wanted to go with something more fun. People are consistently bombarded with negative news and information. People are more willing to listen and learn when they are not being put down. We will have cute cartoons (like Beef the Cow) and lighthearted graphics, along with r...
